[The internet is a great resource for such info - try it!!] A hint: Instead of going to the Sears Tower [it's now called something else, BTW] and paying for the view, go to the John Hancock Building and go to the restaurant on the floor below the observation deck. No charge, though they may seat you and you'd need to buy a drink or lunch. If you go at an off time [as we did] they may even let you just wander around. Fantastic view for no cost.
